Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and okpey ("okpey," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the okpey platform at okpey.app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the okpey platform.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
- "Platform" means the okpey website accessible at okpey.app, including all games, features, tools, and services made available therein.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the okpey Platform.
- "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the okpey Platform.
- "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot games, bingo games, and any other gaming products available on the Platform.
- "Wallet" means the in-platform balance held in a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by okpey to Players, subject to applicable bonus terms.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by okpey before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
- "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the okpey Platform, registering an Account, or using any of the services offered by okpey, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies, rules, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of any changes.
These Terms apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the Platform. Whether you access okpey from a mobile device in Manila, a desktop in Cebu, or a tablet in Davao, these Terms govern your use of the Platform in full.
3. Eligibility & Age Verification
To register an Account and use the okpey Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. In accordance with Philippine gaming regulations, the minimum age for participation in casino-style gaming is 21 years. okpey strictly enforces this requirement.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by okpey or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Philippines.
- You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of okpey, or an immediate family member of any such person.
Age Verification: okpey reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a Player is found to be under 21 years of age, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any amounts already wagered. okpey takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates fully with regulatory authorities in all such cases.
4. Account Registration
To access the full range of okpey services, you must register an Account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.
4.1 One Account Per Player
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the okpey Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact okpey support immediately.
4.2 Accurate Information
You must provide your real full name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details during registration. okpey reserves the right to verify this information at any time through its KYC process. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
4.3 Account Verification (KYC)
Before processing any withdrawal, and at any other time okpey deems necessary, you may be required to complete identity verification by submitting one or more of the following documents:
- Government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days)
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, bank statement, or similar)
- Selfie with ID as directed by the okpey verification team
okpey will process KYC submissions within three (3) business days. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension until verification is completed.
5. Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. You agree to:
- Choose a strong, unique password for your okpey Account and not reuse it across other platforms.
- Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
- Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
- Notify okpey support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
okpey will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from okpey that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
okpey shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your Account prior to you notifying okpey of unauthorized access will be deemed to have been conducted by you.
6. Deposits & Withdrawals
6.1 Deposits
okpey accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) business day for bank transfers. okpey does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being reversed and the Account being flagged for review.
6.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:
- Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
- Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within three (3) minutes on average during normal operating hours.
- Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) business day.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. okpey does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
- Any active Bonus balance subject to an incomplete Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn until the Wagering Requirement is fully met.
6.3 Currency
All transactions on the okpey Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okpey does not currently support multi-currency wallets. Any currency conversion costs incurred by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.
7. Bonuses & Promotions
okpey offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including applicable Wagering Requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
- Bonuses are available to Players who have completed Account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
- Only one bonus may be active in your Wallet at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
- okpey reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
- Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of multiple Accounts, will be forfeited and the relevant Account(s) suspended.
- Wagering Requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Bonuses that expire before the Wagering Requirement is met will be removed from the Wallet without compensation.
8. Game Rules & Fair Play
All Games available on the okpey Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any Game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
8.1 Random Number Generation
All slot games and RNG-based table games on the okpey Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) that are independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The results of all RNG games are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by okpey or any Player.
8.2 Live Dealer Games
Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, real dice — operated by trained dealers and streamed in real time. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by the physical result of each round and is not subject to any electronic manipulation.
8.3 Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a Game, okpey reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Wallet. okpey's decision in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in the event of a malfunction.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okpey Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage in any Game.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or play any Game.
- Colluding with other Players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any Game.
- Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
- Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tool.
- Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Platform or the experience of other Players.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the Platform or any Game.
10. Responsible Gaming
okpey is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its Players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Wallet.
- Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period.
- Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered.

11. Intellectual Property
All content on the okpey Platform — including but not limited to the okpey name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of okpey or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from okpey.
- Use any okpey trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
- Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
- Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okpey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
okpey's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Wallet in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okpey makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. While okpey takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous Platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions.
13. Account Suspension & Termination
13.1 Suspension by okpey
okpey reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe that:
- You have breached any provision of these Terms.
- Your Account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Continued operation of your Account poses a risk to okpey, other Players, or third parties.
- We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
In the event of Account suspension due to a breach of these Terms, okpey reserves the right to forfeit any Wallet balance, including both real-money funds and Bonus balances, where permitted by applicable law.
13.2 Voluntary Closure
You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting okpey support via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any remaining Wallet balance (excluding Bonus funds subject to incomplete Wagering Requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
14. Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the okpey Platform, you should first contact our support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within five (5) business days.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided by our support team, you may escalate your complaint to our compliance team by emailing [email protected]. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and provide a final decision within ten (10) business days.
okpey's decision on all gaming disputes — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and withdrawal processing — shall be final and binding, subject only to any rights you may have under applicable Philippine law.
15. Amendments
okpey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, okpey will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulation.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, with the effective date clearly indicated at the top. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.2.
16. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
okpey operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to them in their jurisdiction of residence.
